Cancellation Policy

Styled By Will | Appointment & Cancellation Policy Thank you for booking with Styled By Will. Please review the following policy before securing your appointment: Booking & Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Your deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service. Cancellation Policy You may cancel up to 48 hours before your appointment and receive a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in: • Forfeiture of your deposit • A 20% cancellation fee (based on your scheduled service) that must be paid before rebooking No-shows will be treated as a late cancellation and are subject to the same fees. Late Arrivals A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After 15 minutes, your appointment may be canceled and your deposit forfeited. No Extra Guests or Children To maintain a peaceful environment, no children or additional guests are allowed. If you arrive with company, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit forfeited. Hair Extensions & Wig Services Hair is not included unless stated otherwise. If you need hair provided, it must be discussed and confirmed in advance.
