If you choose a wig, we’ll also take detailed measurements to ensure the perfect fit. The $50 consultation fee applies toward any hair service or custom wig balance if booked or purchased within 30 days of your consultation. All sales are final, and there are no cancellations or refunds for consultation appointments.

If a trim or haircut is needed, it can be added at an additional cost. Relaxer

This service includes a professional relaxer application to safely and effectively smooth and straighten the natural texture of your hair. Your hair is gently cleansed, conditioned, and treated to restore moisture and strength after the chemical process. Once relaxed, the hair is trimmed to maintain healthy ends and styled to your desired finish whether sleek and smooth or with soft curls. This service is designed to refresh and maintain your existing sew-in. Your hair will be washed and conditioned, any loose or grown-out tracks will be tightened, and your hair will be finished with a full style. This appointment helps extend the life of your install, keeps your foundation secure, and ensures your sew-in continues to look polished and natural. Important: • This service is only available for sew-ins installed within the last 2 months. • Sew-ins older than 2 months will require a full takedown and re-install. • Must be a sew-in originally installed by a professional. Roller Set

This service includes a shampoo, conditioning , and a traditional roller set to achieve smooth, voluminous, and long-lasting curls without excessive heat. Hair is carefully set on rollers and dried under the hooded dryer to create body, movement, and a polished finish. This service is great for maintaining healthy hair while still enjoying a classic styled look. Please note there is an additional 20.00 charge for longer than shoulder length hair
